Fourthwall, Inc. acts as the Merchant of Record for orders placed through the Places store, and fulfills and ships every order.

Most items enter production within 24–48 hours of ordering. Printing, quality control, and packaging typically take 3–5 business days from there. Specialty items — such as embroidery or multi-part prints — can take longer.

Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay — never a mystery fee added afterward. As a guide, a typical first item shipped to the US costs $4.50–$9 for lightweight apparel, prints, or stickers, and $6–$9 for mugs; hoodies cost more. Rates to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia are higher. The exact rate depends on the product, your destination, and the carrier, and is always confirmed at checkout before payment.

A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking may show a pause during the handoff between our fulfillment partner's carrier and your local postal service near delivery — this is normal, and does not mean your order is lost.

For most EU-bound orders, the applicable duty is collected as part of your order total at checkout and shown as its own line item — so there is nothing extra to pay when your package arrives. For other destinations, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by the destination country on arrival, which are the customer's responsibility. Do not assume that duties or taxes are included for every destination: the checkout summary controls only the amounts shown there, and destination authorities or carriers may separately assess charges not shown there.
